All services are provided based on the scope, schedule, and fees agreed upon in writing with the client.

2. User Responsibilities

3. Payment Terms

Payments for services are handled through third-party payment providers. Adzen Globe does not store or process payment card details.
Invoices are due as per the agreed schedule in your contract.
Late payments may result in suspension of services until payment is received.
Refunds, if any, will be provided only as outlined in the agreement.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and deliverables created by Adzen Globe remain the intellectual property of Adzen Globe until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for their intended purpose.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our materials without prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

Adzen Globe will exercise reasonable care in providing services but cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes.
While we implement appropriate security measures, no system is 100% secure at all times.
Adzen Globe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Liability for direct damages is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service in question.

6. Data Privacy

All personal data collected will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement by providing written notice as per the contract.
Upon termination, clients must pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.
Adzen Globe may suspend services immediately if a client violates these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.

9. Changes to Terms

Adzen Globe reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
